Mandate of the Board

The Board has adopted and approved a Charter of the Board of Directors (the “Board Charter”) which states that the Board explicitly assumes responsibility for the stewardship of the Corporation and its business. This stewardship includes responsibility for the matters set forth in the Board Charter, which form part of the Board’s statutory responsibility to manage or supervise the management of the Corporation’s business and affairs.
