If I use the Mood Music Curator to curate my music programs, will I still be able to make changes and add new songs or programs?

Yes. Once we match our programs to your business and customer type, you can select the music and programs you like and start playing immediately. You can also continually create and revise playlist and programs with your app - and even customize and schedule them for each location.

How does the Mood Music Curator work?

We start with a quick survey to learn about your business and your customers, and then we create a personalized music profile for your business. Based on your unique music profile, the Mood Music Curator will provide you with a list of curated recommendations from our professionally designed music programs.

I want to sign up! What is the best way for me to save money?

Many of our small business owners choose to save money by selecting the yearly billing option. When you purchase a yearly plan you will get 10% off the monthly price. Additionally, this provides simplified billing as you will only be billed once every 12 months versus each month.

After I sign up, what do I need to do next to use the Mood:Media Platform?

Getting started is easy. Shortly after signing up, you will receive your unique login to access your Mood:Media Platform portal- called Harmony. After logging in for the first time, we ask you a few short questions so our Mood Music Curator can provide personalized music recommendations for your business. Once done, simply download the Mood:Media App, and start playing music.

I have more than one location. Do you offer centralized control?

Yes. We understand that you are busy, so we make sure that managing your locations within the Mood:Media Platform is simple. You can approve music programs to be used across your locations, and determine schedules, all from one centralized dashboard.

Why is it important to use commercially licensed music?

Many people are unaware that playing music in a business over a loudspeaker is commercial use and requires specific music licensing. Personal streaming platforms and radio stations are meant for your personal use only and not meant to be broadcast in business environments. Signing up for a Mood music plan not only ensures your business is in compliance with the law, it also protects you from possible fines. And let’s not forget - we all know it is better to leave music curation to the experts, and save you time to focus on growing your business!

How do I change my music?

To update your music login to Harmony and follow these steps

  • 1. Scroll down to locate one of the Music Libraries on the App
  • 2. Locate the desired Program, Mix or Station that you would like to Play
  • 3. Select the desired Program, Mix or Station
  • 4. In the new screen locate the “Play Now” button for the selected content
  • 5. In the pop-up window choose either “Smooth Start” or “Play Now”
    • Smooth Start - will start the new Music after the completion of the current song
    • Play Now - will start the new Music immediately interrupting the current song
  • 6. Newly selected Music will begin playing or you can add it to your schedule for playback and specific times.
